Why is Wanda still considerd a hero?

I wonder why is Wanda Maximoff alias the Scarlet witch still seen as a hero?
First she did this
Because she had no childeren or someting, Than this


And now this :

And every time she blames someone else for it mostly her husband Dr.Doom.
And yet they all see her as the hero type in the marvel universe.. Why ? I really wonder.
Also the so called Avengers see her as a teamate but see Cyclops as an evil maniac.

That is so wrong.. Wanda should have been killed by someone now or being putted in jail not fight among the Avengers.

Because most of the X-Men and Avengers are morally grey characters now anyway, so what she did isn't really stand out. If Cyclops, Wolverine, Iron-Man, Black Widow, etc, etc, etc can all be heroes, then so can she. This is Marvel, true believers! If every character was hated for having a mental breakdown, we'd be left with like three characters.

she's prominent again because whatever poor executive got assigned by disney to go over marvel's properties took one look at disassembled/house of m/decimation and wanda's various cackling-at-x-men cameos between M-Day and CC and went "wtf?".
