1. H2H?
2. With standard equipment? (Add the gun Cap had on his person during WWII)

Bonus: If Cap wins a majority in one of those fights, replace JLU Bruce with Terry McGinnis (camouflage and flight disabled).

Well, dude had enough skill to consistently judo flip metahumans much stronger than MCU Cap (but also much less skilled), and was durable/skilled enough to take falls as bad as Cap did in the Winter Soldier.
