Default Lance art thread (Critique me)

hey, I'm Lance...I've been drawing comics privately for a while, but i'm starting to make them for real and was wanting some honest feedback about them. I can't really trust friends or family to tell me the truth so i figured i'd try you guys!
first off here's my tumblr that has alot of comics and drawings (and a link to a free download of my comic)

Love the classic look. The only nitpick and it would be one is on the lettering. Unless you were going for the home-brewed ( CRUMB) feel.

Not the sound fx or titles..but word balloons.

yeah haha, i'm not so good at lettering...i was definitely going for an underground kind of feel, i bought all of the materials and tools to print the entire comic in my room, so i figured a homemade looking font would look fine, i was gonna hand letter it, but DAMN my handwriting sucks, like, unreadable.
i tried some of those free fonts too, but something about putting some random person's font on my work just didn't feel right. Especially since we're giving it such a bare bones production
i feel ya though, lettering could definitely be stronger
