The Cast of The Fantastic 4 Reboot Gets Killed In A Terrorist Attack In The New Punisher #12

Marvel continues to voice their frustrations with Fox and their handling of the Fantastic Four movie rights, with the first page of Punisher #12. Cast members Miles Teller, Jamie Bell & Kate Mara are clearly portrayed hanging out in a skyscraper. They actually reference fellow cast member Michael B. Jordan as being late to a meeting where they were to discuss director Josh Trang (Trank) doing a sequel. All of a sudden, there are a series of explosions, and the skyscrapert the cast members are in proceeds to be blown up by a terrorist group Dos Soles.

We shouldn't be surprised that Marvel would make fun of the Fantastic Four movie in a comic, but I didn't expect for things to get that dark. Well. Good thing MBJ was late to the meeting. LMAO.

Silly, but as bad or worse: Marvel no longer requires artists to actually draw backgrounds/cityscapes? (The traffic in the last panel is clearly traced with ink.) George Pérez would be able to draw four books a month.
