Iceman would be a happy person pretending to be the class stick-in-the-mud.

Gambit would become a robber whose weapon is a charged knife.
Jubilee would become an Asian stereotype as she turns into an apathetic person who cares more about studies and money than her friends or Shogo
Hellion would become a goody-two-shoes who prefers studying and pleasing anyone.
Wiccan may become an abusive boyfriend to Hulkling and uses magic for his selfish purpose
Speed would have a personality of his twin brother (minus the homosexual relationship) and a goody-two-shoes.
She-Hulk may become a punch-happy gangster girl and has a persona of Peter David's Grey Hulk.
Quasar (Wendell Vaughn) would be a rude, unfriendly person to meet with and has 'attack first, ask questions later' attitude.
Cosmo the Space dog becomes an aggressive dog who attacks anything in sight with both psychic blasts and bites.
Rocket Raccoon would give up his space adventurer hobby and turns to boring space office work.
The Collector (Taneleer Tivan) would give up collecting and gets a new life by doing any boring activity.

I've not been a fan of these inversions, or what I've seen of them. Deadpool has already been done and he has been....OK. Wouldn't like to see Punisher or Thor inverted though.
