If the following characters become werewolves, could they beat up Spider-man

If they become Fenrich, that would give them a decent chance. Maybe Jon Talbain version could do it too. Sabrewulf less so, unless he got some new feats when I wasn't looking.

that was the point that anyone who got that version of werewolf-ism could probably beat Spiderman.

A lot of/most versions of werewolf Wolverine should probably lose to Spider-Man if shapeshifting magic doesn't work on his indestructible metal bones as well. That could be a bit too distracting to let him use whatever abilities he may gain properly.

As mentioned repeatedly, the gap between these werewolves and those werewolves is both considerable and well-filled.

This being said, taking down Parker would probably require considerable esoteric abilities, far more of a speed/strength boost than most such transformations provide, or (preferably) both.

Yeah, Marvel versions. Or the ones you see in the old movies like Werewolf in Paris.
I'd say the characters get a massive durability boost putting them at or past Spider-man's level. Also, they should be able to run at hundreds of miles per hour, since a werewolf can run 3 or 4 times faster than a human. So Cap who can keep pace with a car could now outran them casually, etc.
