I've heard a lot about it from both sides of the argument. Some say we'll have to pay more to access certain sites, ISPs may hinder Netflix if they're in competition, etc. Others say that there won't be any discernable difference. I honestly don't know what to think.

Long story short, A Young Clark foud himself on a yacht where a party was being held in the favor of Bruce Wayne. Despite his insistence otherwise, everyone thought he was Bruce Wayne and a lady there convinced him just roll with it, so Clark partied, got drunk and Deathstroke popped up and tried to kill 'Bruce Wayne' with a nerve agent or something in his drink buuuut since this is Clark, nothing happened. Slade tried to use kung-fu and his sword next. You can see the results up above.

Its hard to see how this is a good thing for the individual. It allows corporations to dictate how easy it is to access content based on trade agreements.

It's not like the law gets changed and the internet would immediately change but it would remove the safeguards that are meant to stop it from being bad and unfair.

I would say that this is very worrying.

I'd just highly recommend watching John Oliver's take on net neutrality for why this is such an important issue. It's a bedrock issue for how modern democratization of information functions. It allows small businesses to start up more easily. A lack of it would allow the internet service providers to enter into internet-related businesses and squeeze out all the competition because they control the speed of information. Comcast could slow Netflix to a crawl, for example..
