    Sooo. Looks like Cross Tag Battle changed the looks of Ruby and Weiss a little. Not quite to the extreme of Yang though.

    i think it was due to him lacking control over his improved observation haki. he was answering dogtooth before he talked. at least, that's what i got from it.
