most of the crap going on is to due mike, the CEO and prime shareholder of CA. and thus, he's most to blame. based on the contents of the doc, doug himself seems more like a good natured idiot or oblivious to some of the crap going on. and rob is seen as outright asshole. but mike is the prime POS in this mess.

The biggest complaints people leveled at Doug Walker are that he's full of himself at times, contextually insensitive and is generally incompetent when it comes to running projects. As far as I've seen nobody's tied him with any of the bigger scandals.
