Just to say, would have continued debate last night but had very rough emotional stuff to deal with and honestly want mentally up to it.

Most of those idiots post either Frank Cho or Mike Deodato as proof that Carol is usually drawn thicc. I won't lie and say that I don't love my Carol Danvers thicc, but Brie looks fine.

I really like Danvers' current design. The short hair, the space flight suit thing, the whole legacy of the OG Mar-Vell - it's a good look.

Warbird always felt a little pin-up-ish to me and I've never really liked domino-mask style aesthetics on superheroes all that much.

Except Kyle Rayner with his like... mecha-inspired domino mask. When I was like 13 I thought that was the coolest thing.

Speaking of Green Lantern, I don't much like Simon Baz's outfit design. I think it's the bare arms with the mask that somehow don't work for me.

I just think mohawks are cool, especially on ladies.

Storm with mohawk was always my favourite Storm design as well.

I loved the wing-hairband-with-mohawk look she had as Storm, God of Thunder that one time, even if the rest of it is a glorious mess of 90s shoulderpads.



Now I don't want to see this represented in live action because it would look really silly but I really like it as a fashion thing.
