it's the quiet dread. that feeling you know something is off but keep trying to work through it.

I have the PDF of the rules (thankfully donated by Siriel).

Alternately, ask for help and someone can easily walk you through the character generation process (this is probably the best route). It's what we did with other people.

Beadle, Subby, Falcon, Nik...they all did fantastic at learning the rules. Other people did as well, I'm probably just forgetting names off-hand.
Oh, and to add to the bad editing, they changed the rules part way through publishing the books and didn’t go back and publish the revised core rules in English so some of the sourcebooks are just plain confusing to English players or you can’t aply the new rules to original stuff core (Arcana Exxet style spellcasting, I’m looking at you).

And they’re changing the rules again very soon in some pretty dramatic ways, so this problem will be repeated and exacerbated in new books when they happen.

Still... it’s an outstanding game with some incredibly rich lore and great gameplay.

    Agreed, Beastars is good.

It had a bit of a wobble for me with the whole Shishigumi storyline, as I'm reading for highschool drama and coded race relations stuff not battling the mafia but I think it's getting back on track recently.

I recently decided to revisit an old story idea of mine and...Is there ever a person called a delinquent otaku?

...I'm trying to recall if that's a thing.

    ...Okay, that is funny. XD

So the overall plot is that a schoolgirl wants to be the top dog of her school but while savvy, she can’t really fight or get respect alone. Soooo she manipulates the recently transferred foreign student, a powerhouse of a fighter, to basically do it for her as a form of puppet to use and he's grudgingly aware of it.

...They form a friendship out of it.

I'll probably ask for help in character creation after I read more about the game universe.

    new one piece out.

goddamn, this arc is shaping up to be awesome.

we got linlin and kaido joining forces or trying to, due to some sort of debt.

the introduction of the empty throne.

carlos returns simply to be a self cock hydrant.

the official return of rob lucci and kaku. missed ya, boys.

shirahoshi getting saved by the noble who her mother saved years ago, who also happens to be related to doffy.

and now, shanks meeting with the 5 elder stars to talk about a "certain pirate".
