I always kind of figured people with super strength/stamina ought to be able to run/leap pretty damn fast, given the amount of thrust their muscles can achieve. Guys like Luke Cage should be to race down highways and keep up with the traffic. The problem is whether or not they can compensate for momentum, and having to be careful how they step so they don't a) rip potholes in everything, and b) overdo the strength of the steps and end up ragdolling off the street when they slip.

But it would seem like at some point the limits of how fast their electrical impulses move would be a hard limit on their max speed.

His standing jump was at 24', and they specifically say/show he's faster than Usain Bolt.
