Mandy has plot-armor so thick, it's essentially a fortified bunker. It really doesn't help that she has Grim at her beck and call.

Too bad for her, plot armor is useless in Rumbles. Grim is a wimp, and not in the fight, so he's no help and the reality smile is SMvsFL.

I know that she's a really polarizing character, but let's be fair: Mandy's abilities and stats vary greatly from episode to episode, just like Stewie's or Homer Simpson's do. In one episode, she's a relatively normal little girl whose only power is being creepily stoic and bad tempered, but using that version is like using the versions of Stewie that are incompetent, overly emotional (though still hyper-intelligent) babies.

IIRC, she regularly beats up their local bully Sperg and at her peak she does things like possess alien beings that devour her (though another episode had her get possessed by Nergal at the end), I think another episode had her learn how to possess cats or people, or is a global level telepath who only puts up with everyone else being a moron because she feels like it, or was possibly a cannibal, or can freeze time by screaming (I think she did that), or the aforementioned reality warping smile (though that's not really useful in a fight since it took her a ton of effort and time to get that smile out in the first place; OTOH, that episode did end up with her apparently becoming a Powerpuff Girl, though the only powers she showed was flight and their outfit).

This is of course, discounting things she does with access to magical gear like Grim's scythe or the Chicken Ball.

It really wasn't SMvFL, so much as it was a one-off ability that wasn't referenced again due to negative continuity, like her ability to stop time or the fact that she was telepathically controlling the world.

That being said, its not really useful in a fight since it takes so long to pull off and she has no control over it so it might cause Stewie's head to turn into a vegetable, or turn him into another Powerpuff Girl or Monkey, or something else altogether.

Eh, it was arguably because this particular time she was trying to do a cheerful and attractive smile rather than evil enjoyment smile, but the real reason is because its a better punchline. Likewise, we've seen her scream without it freezing time, we see her annoyed constantly without her telepathically controlling the world, we saw her get possessed by Nergal without counter-possessing him, etc...

It's like how Homer Simpson gets the feat of dueling with a biker using motorcycles as swords or tanking cannon fire with his gut for an episode, despite the fact that he regularly gets beaten up by normal people. Or Peter Griffin having awesome city spanning fights against the Chicken, but also being one shot by Carter Pewtershmidt and demolished by Joe with working legs.
