Yes to all of these except Hardy. I'd want a legit towering actor playing Brian Braddock. But as acting chops go, Hardy's hard (heh) to beat.

That's the problem ... I'm having trouble thinking of tall British actors who would fit the bill. If Armie Hammer could pull off the accent, he has the look and the build, but he's also my Cyclops pick. Matthew MacFadyen has the height and presence, but not the muscle (although he could work on that). Charlie Hunnam is tall-ish and British, but not bulky.

Maybe Idris Elba? (I meant it as a joke but the mental image is really not so bad)

John Turturro as The Wizard. Ben Kingsley as The Vulture. Ving Rhames as Rage, or Michael Clarke Duncan (RIP). Justin Timberlake as Darkhawk if you take Darkhawk in his early 20s instead of a high school senior. Neil Patrick Harris as Flash Thompson if he bulks up a bit.
