Love those first two. Why an Asian guy for Iron Fist? Part of the point of that character is that he's a man thrust into a different culture.

After looking her up, I could totally see that. I take it you don't think Rousey fits that description? lol I really liked her in Expendables 3, I thought she completely showed up everyone else in the movie.

Oh, don't get me wrong, Rousey's quite attractive, but she has a tougher look than Jones. One key factor that separates She-Hulk from Hulk-Hulk is She-Hulk's personality--she looks fairly friendly despite being a muscle-bound green giantess. Jones has a sweet look that would fit the Jennifer Walters persona well and also has the build to pull off She-Hulk.

I've also heard Aubrey Plaza express interest in playing Jennifer Walters. She'd definitely be a more cynical take on the character, but I could see it.

Difficult to come up with an actor that tall. Tom Hopper? Saw him in season 1 of Black Sails, and he's the right height. Don't know how accomplished he is as an actor though, never seen him in a starring role.
