Any doll-sized characters and shrinking characters that have more powers besides...

I had my memory refreshed on Shortpack now and I am trying to remember another character that like him stands out for being pintsize but whose heroics (or villainy, I cant remember which) are not limited to changing his size (like antman/goliath whose power to control ants is quite secondary)... anyone can think of what character I amy be thinking about?

Atom can also change his weight, independently of his size.

Pym as Yellowjacket could fly and fire stinger blasts.

Elasti-girl of the Doom Patrol could grow as well as shrink and use those powers to give her pseudo stretching powers by growing only segments of her body to different scales.

Centaur's Mighty Man could do what Elasti-Girl did back in the 40s. He also used that ability to change his facial features. He had incredible strength that he retained regardless of size so as doll-sized he could lift locomotive.
