I'm really excited as to who those guys are and why they're targeting Storm.

I believe the guys who are attacking Storm in those preview pages are connected with the villain that is going to be unveiled in issue 7 and continues through issue 8 if not further. Its great to see that these are bad guys we have not seen in the X-Men books! Glad to see some new faces for Storm to fight and can't wait to see who the mastermind baddie is in issue 7. I'm very excited for this book. Its going in the right direction!

The art kinda clicked for me because her eye color is darker, thus it stands out a bit more against her skin.
