She specifically left time in her schedule (only shooting about 18 episodes of her monster hit How to Get Away With Murder ABC Show) for movie roles. But if she doesn't take it, I'd love for them to get C.C.H. Pounder or even M'onique.

Ugh, Will Smith as Deadshot? I just can't buy him as a deadly killer. Apart from the Australian part, I could more easily buy him as Captain Boomerang. I don't know. I suppose it was too much to hope for Bronze Tiger. Chewitel Eijiofor would have been perfect for him.

Oprah's a good actress. Don't know how well she'd adapt to an action movie, but I wouldn't be mad at that choice on the face of it.

Normally I'd say Ah HELLLLL NAAW.....but it could work?

Yep, goes back quite a ways, too. She appeared in Strange Adventures, back in the 60s, then was left on the scrapheap, until she was revived in the 80s. There were two groups of obscure heroes and villains who were revive, The Forgotten Heroes and The Forgotten Villains. She ended up in Suicide Squad, from the beginning. The character started as a hero, but was seduced by her power and developed a split personality. The Squad was helping her try to balance her power.

So when they say Will Smith, is that WILL SMITH Will Smith? Or another actor named Will Smith? Cause I like the guy but I can't imagine him playing Deadshot.

Yay for Tom Hardy getting his second DC role though. And does Oprah mean we'll be getting big fat awesome Waller after all?

EDIT: Ok, it is Will Smith. Wow. Agaain, can't imagine him as Deadshot and that's really not a racial thing, he just doesn't suit that character.

Octavia Spencer as Amanda Waller....that works for me. As does the rest of the cast. here's hoping for a good script.

As much as I want to see Margot Robbie as Harley, anything with Jai Courtney is an instant pass for me! (Seriously why have Hollywood decided that guy is a star actor??!)

I do think Oprah as the Wall would smash it! She is a good actress.

Also, Enchantress? Did DC just want to one-up on the clear IP advantage Marvel have on the name? Weird choice.

smh Oprah? really? (Octavia Spencer would be a better choice, but I think she's smart enough to stay the hell away) Jared Leto as the Joker, really?!? (He's a little too "pretty" and well adjusted to play the Joker, should have gone with Crispin Glover imo Warner) DC/Warner, This movie has bomb written all over it, smfh. That's the sound of laughter from where ever Marvel Studios is located.
