I take it you didn't enjoy the comic?

Its not that it was a bad comic or anything it just that certain pages had the exact dialogue as the punisher book just from Black Widow's perspective. I came into it thinking it would be a two part crossover.

Personally i don't. I got enough with the Eminem issue, which was really bad. And these kind of stories doesn't contribute anything for the character. This is more the kind of stuff that could happen in a Deadpool story and normally it is good and funny.
A Punisher book shouldn't serve to fulfill dreams of "stars" and what really annoys me is that these kind of guest star appearences rarely happens with major characters in Marvel U. Marvel should put effort in making something "special" for this 40th anniversary, but we are almost ending the year and i don't believe they will do.

Better news is that we will have next year Punisher: End of Days and THIS is good news.

Yeah, it makes sense now. Last issue i sensed that Frank had picked a target in prison and he seemed a little straight forward looking for "big-shots" over there. If you recall it right, Frank had mentioned in earlier issues that he had a friend in L.A. It was a pleaseant surprise.

as far as collecting. i so far have his vol.2, warzone, max(ennis) and current. is their any other run you guys recommend?(i'm still new)
