So in Orpheus's opinion , which he is certainly entitled to ,Miller and Lee had no chemistry on ASBR. While Miller's story was certainly crazy, Lee's art was what brought and kept a lot of reader to the book, myself included.

It's been pretty obvious if you've seen even one picture of him recently. He's clearly not been well. I am glad to see that addressed. Hopefully people will stop mocking him for how he looks now.

This will be a perfect bookend to that Forever adaptation.

This. He's looked bad for a while and now he's apparently not able to draw? Thats pretty serious.
    Miller was right.

Sounds like it could be a fun book. Not needed, but what is?

Jim Lee on art? No thanks.

Greatest comic book artist of all time.

    There I said it.
    Miller was right.

About Frank Miller's health: seriously, Frank Miller is apparently going through chemotherapy for cancer treatment. He has no hair, not even eyebrows now. He had always been thin, but now he obviously is very frail and easily exhausted. Here is Frank Miller on September 13th, 2014 trying to walk to attend a tribute for him at the Deauville American Film Festival awards and he was unable to even walk on his own. He had to abandon even using canes and needed to be pushed in a wheelchair. It's apparent why he might need writer Scott Snyder as a writing assistant to do the typing for him at a steady pace at this point.

Jerry Siegel/Joe Shuster, Bill Finger/Bob Kane/Gardner Fox/Sheldon Moldoff/Jerry Robinson, William Moulton Marston under the pen name Charles Moulton/Harry Peter. Creators of the most enduring iconic archetypes of the comic book superhero genre. The creators early Golden Age versions should be preserved. The early Golden Age mythology by the creators are as close to the proper, correct authentic versions as there is.

For this, this is probably charity. Miller, as stated, is obviously quite ill and probably needs money. So Snyder assembles an all-star line up of artists and they make a book that gets Miller tons of money.
Hope is not lost today. It is found.

I personally didn't care for the story either, but I do think it would have worked better if Miller drew it.

    Hell no.

TDKR should of stayed a one hit classic, instead a washed up Miller gave us the sequel a decade or so ago and that was one of the worst Batman stories ever.
