E was included as an alternate costume for Carol in the now-defunct Marvel Heroes game. While I never used it (I always kept Carol in her McKelvie Captain Marvel duds), I did keep it in my inventory... as I appreciated the little nod to Soy's work.

Of the rejected Soy designs, that one is my favorite. But I agree that it has a simplicity that’s out of current style.
Nice to see it had life elsewhere...

That first KSD had some unusual art choices... Soy, Andrade... but honestly, I loved both of them. Something about it really worked for me.

Kelly Thompson's that starts next month? Most of her previous work has been decent, and she's written Carol before, in A-Force.

I think Stohl has the best Carol solo run, but KSD has Enemy Within, which is my favorite Carol story arc even if the rest of the run is more misses than hits for me. Thompson should be a great fit. There's also that Houser mini, I believe. This character really hasn't had that many books, wow.
