Predator 2? I don't know anybody that really likes the film and whilst it obviously isn't as good as the first I still really enjoy it.

On the poll I voted Terminator Salvation, Alien Resurrection and the Matrix sequels.

I think a lot of people thought Iron Man 3 was better than Iron Man 2. I liked IM3 a lot better than IM2, despite IM3 have a lot of things that I didn't like (Mark 42 was a stupid armour to get attached to, the twist with the Mandarin, Tony Stark being out of armour for most of the movie).

funny, i don't know anyone who dislikes it sept this one douche on yahoo news comments on a article about prometheus
most seem to agree its a hyper strong sequel that expands on the pred mythos very well, while i love glover, some feel he was a weak replacement for arnold.
    personally
    i would rate all 3 predator films 4 of 6 = great
but within that i would go
    1.) predator 2
    2.) predators
    3.) predator

Predator 2 was indeed an excellent Movie IMO and is Greatly Underrated Shinglepants!

In my view indeed is was not as groundbreaking as the 1st one, but had some better things then the 1st one as well. The Best part was the Gun Battles, the 1st with the Drug Gangs in the streets, to the High-rise, to the Subway, to the Beef-house and the Final Battle, unlike the 1st one this movie got Straight to the point this would be a no-holds bard Gun-Shooting Bad-A$$ of a Movie!

The Movie Continue to Put America's Most Toughest Action Heroes against the Predator in the 2nd like the 1st and have it had the Predator still role right over them for most of the movie. This time it was Lethal Weapon's Stars Danny Glover and Gary Busey, in their Style of Film, a Cop background and the Predator takes them both to town.

The movie was classic Early 90's, Late 80's RoboCop Graphic/Street Violence style of a movie that I liked from that era. Also, at the 1st time I saw it was the most Graphic Movie I had ever seen, but could not stop watching. Indeed Fun and Enjoy it still today whenever it is On! ;-)

I also had a big problem with M's line "I've f***ed this up, haven't I?" It seems like the screenwriter just wanted to get a chuckle out of having an elderly English lady (a dame, no less) say the F word, rather than because it made any sense or fit the tone of the film.
The references (on top of the movie falling apart once they get Silva) really made me hate that movie. The reference just kept making me see a better movie that could have been there, or think that something interesting was coming. It's like the writer was doing something but never let anyone else in on it, or they couldn't cast the people they needed but left the references in anyways.

The rave in Reloaded is one of those scenes that I think gets too much hate. It wasn't that stupid and didn't last very long at all but from listening to the fans, you'd think it took up half the film or was a reoccurring joke. It's the same with the dancing in Spider-Man 3 (another film that I think belongs on this list and doesn't deserve the hate it gets).
When I say rave world I don't mean just the rave scene, I mean all the real world stuff. I'm not sure how long they're in the real world, and I haven't seen the movie since it came out, but I remember it feeling like most of the movie was set in the real world. The real world stuff is so annoying that it retroactively made me get Cypher; Cypher, I thought you were a horrible dick, but after seeing Zion I totally get it.

Crystal Skull and Into Darkness aren't supposedly bad, they are unwatchable.
I have never understood the dislike for Nemesis. Easily my favorite Next Gen. movie.

halloween 5&6 6 especially if the producers cut, both are a step down from 1-2 & 4, but still solid and much better than resurrection.

also rob zombie's halloween 2 i think is better than his halloween, especially the opening.

I agree this list is a little eccentric.

Alien 3 is an odd entry, because it undoubtedly would have disappointed fans of at least the second film, as it's not as exciting a film. On the other hand, it's not hated, it's thoughtful and occasionally moving, and has some strong supporting performances (particularly Charles Dance). It's never really been critically derided. Personally, I'm a fan because of it's cunning use of a vast number of British character actors, such as Dance, McGann, Ralph Brown, and the late great Brian Glover playing a Gloverish role

So far as the Star Trek films are concerned, Nemesis is generally regarded as a bit of a turkey, but The Voyage Home has classic status (in the context of the admittedly not very high standard of the Trek movie franchise anyway) and Into Darkness was well received. Personally, I thought Into Darkness an absurd and occasionally dull retread of Wrath of Khan, with zero emotional connection. But hey, the critics didn't agree.

Thor the Dark World may have been thought of as a bit mediocre, but it was not condemned.

The only films I really dislike from the list are the two Matrix sequels, which I just think are almost surreally tedious (I fell asleep at the cinema during Reloaded).

One film which is not on the list and tends to get a hard time but I rather like is Superman III. Sure, it's no masterpiece. But the fight in the junkyard between evil/infected Superman and Clark is possibly my favourite moment in any Superman film ever, and rates quite high among my favourite moments in comicbook movies.

I'll go with Robocop II. Sure it wasn't nearly as clever or well made as the 1st film. But as an all out action movie it's super entertaining.
