    Isn't this who Storm is? How could she ignore the plight of the planet and the people who are most hurt by climate change (poor, disenfranchised, indigenous and global minorities?)

    Bad guys a plenty and so many settings...I love the idea.
    Tons of possibility for meaningful guest spots, team-ups and cross-title connections...and we all know Marvel loves it when their superheros come into conflict...there's plenty of room for that with this concept too.
    That actually might be an interesting story. Can easily delve into notions of border security and how going in might be seen as act of war. Avengers try to stop her just due to fears over a potential war.

    NO, because the last time an x-man tried to fix things ended up labeled as terrorist. (maybe if in the first issue she send a request to the UN, the permissions could be ready by the end of the series).

    And i agree that some disaster relief between investigating some multinational's shady business would be a really cool focus for the story.
