Pippi Longstocking vs. Batman

So I think everyone might be neglecting some important pieces of information...

What is the context of the vs? How does it start? I think even Batman would be surprised by Pippi's inhuman strength, and she could definitely catch him off guard initially.

As per the rules, this is an arena fight. There is no context needed, they fight to kill right from the bell regardless of any PIS or personality restraint. And the guy with the gadgets that can lay her out without even needing him to get in close, and has formidable pressure point abilities in the off chance she does make it close.

Additionally, she kinda sorta does have "cartoony" abilities...taking a real stretch here...but it could be assumed that her limits of cartoon "powers" are not fully expanded on...but maybe comparable to a light Mxyzptlk or maybe like Freakazoid?

She doesn't seem to work that way. She isn't all that toony, and unless she pulls some bugs bunny stuff i don't see how it would make a difference.
