how old is Marko supposed to be, considering that he was the step-brother to Xavier, and Charles has an adult son?

Its hard to tell, I read the other day due to the time variance in the comics that Xavier is only in his late 40s currently, which means Cain is around the same age. But its been shown that his Juggernaut power prevent him from aging and he's quite possibly cursed to be the last person on earth according to some What If? comics.

No that part of his power doesn't require him being on the ground.

Maybe you are thinking of Blob, who needs to be on the ground to be unmovable. Although he's been shown to be movable by moving the ground he is on.

Well all things considered....his being likely drafted into the US Army for service in Korea....anywhere between 18 and 25. Maybe more but if you add a decade to his first appearance as Juggs and time since then even in a sliding timescale (if Xavier is late 40's).

I want so very much to see the MCU Incredible Hluk battle the MCU Unstoppable Juggernaut! Maybe that can happen if in 2019 it is officially confirmed that the X-Men movie rights are Disney's.
