Is there any end in sight for the series? I would like to read it but would rather collect it when it's done.

This is how I feel too. I won't mind collecting the TPB when it has run its course.

Howdy all!

Every month it seems like Image takes more and more of my money. Most of my favorite current books are from Image. I'm currently reading:

Bitch Planet
ODY-C
Sex Criminals
Saga
Lazarus (probably my single favorite title, month in month out)
Pretty Deadly
Wicked + Divine

I know there are a few series coming up that I'm going to check out too, but all I can think of at the moment is Paper Girls (which I'm ridiculously excited for...I've missed Cliff Chiang's amazing art since his WW run ended). Also, I have read and dropped Velvet, The Fade Out, and Rocket Girl. I also picked up Kaptara #1 but am still on the fence about whether I'm going to continue...

I'm going to give Kaptara a couple more issues. I'm not blown away, but I am having fun -- it's like reading the adventures of Eric from the old Dungeons and Dragons cartoon, but in spaaaaaace!

One thing to bear in mind, though: the series requires a lot of re-reading! It's an extremely complicated story. It's in the same vein as something like Primer or Mulholland Dr --- mind-bending story. I've re-read the entire series three times --- I never do that. The story is put together very well. You think you have some idea about what's going on then, in one issue, everything turns around. It's a fun book...

I've heard a lot of people say this, specifically the re-reading. That is actually one of the reasons I have such an interest in checking it out, at some point.

Me neither.... ?? In the last issue, the back matter noted that they'd be downgrading (for lack of a better word) to a seasonal mini series instead of an on-going. Haven't heard anything past that.

Maybe that's what Turn the Page meant. No updates on the facebook page since May 3rd where it said issue 9 is still in the works.

I read somewhere back that they ended up cancelling the series, glad to know issue 9 is still in the works! Hopefully it won't be the last.
