Queenpin should had been handled better by another writer like Peter David...
When Catwoman's run as crime boss ends
When the Kingpin returns to reclaim it fro her
She'll retain her crime boss status for as long as possible
Until Peter Parker restores her memories of him as Spider-Man
Queenpin should had been handled better by another writer like Peter David...
"Has Sariel summoned you here, Azrael? Have you come to witness the miracle of your brethren arriving on Earth?"
"I WILL MIX THE ASHES OF YOUR BONES WITH SALT AND USE THEM TO ENSURE THE EARTH THE TEMPLARS TILLED NEVER BEARS FRUIT AGAIN!"
"*sigh* I hoped it was for the miracle."
Dan Watters' Azrael was incredible, a constant delight and perhaps too good for this world (but not the Forth). For the love of St. Dumas, DC, give us more!!!
We really are derailing the thread now but yes, very much so. There were interesing parts of the Initiative and some strong episodes in there. Season 6 was the only season that got me close to dropping BUFFY entirely! (ANGEL season 4 also nearly did that for ANGEL, not that you asked!)
Did Felicia have anyone murdered during her tenure as a gangster?
Weirdly enough, while I think both those seasons were overall weak, they contain my two favorite episodes… ‘Hush’ in S4 and ‘Once more with feeling…’ in S6.
I think the worst season is 7 with the bland slayerettes like Kennedy who just added nothing to the story. The only memorable part was the brief appearances of Caleb. Even the finale was kind of meh (‘Angel’ had a much better series finale).
Anyway, back to Spidey!
