i read the 1996-98 elektra series (milligan/hama/deodato jr) back when it was coming out and really enjoyed it, and this past weekend i found the trade for cheap so i picked it up and read through it again.

was the story with nina and kuroyama ever finished anywhere? the series ends with #19 and that's... it. i was reading daredevil at the time but i don't recall any plot threads picking up there; i know elektra and wolverine were popping up in each other's books quite a bit in the mid-90s but i also don't remember anything wrapping up in wolverine. was this a lost plot point? was it ever picked up in one of the ensuing elektra series? i know marvel knights got its hands on elektra not long after the series ended in '98, but i don't believe i ever read it.

Yeah, pretty sure it is a dropped plot point. Which is honestly fine with me, that series was hard to get through most of the time.

True enough. Though with two of the Netflix shows being cancelled, I'm wondering if they're starting to ramp down this pocket of shows.
