I have no idea how people feel like Daredevil and Elektra's relationship have hit their ceiling and support Elektra and Punisher.Outside of flashbacks Elektra has only had a handful of appearances in Daredevil since her return.They have yet to even be an item in modern time.Most off their relationship is told through flashbacks.I'd personally be more than happy to see Soule tell a modern day relationship on Daredevil and Elektra than to see her written out of character and have casual sex with Frank in a tent.I respect everyone's opinion but I don't agree that Elektra and Daredevil don't have much else left to do as a pair.

I was just coming to share the news! I'm so excited that it's official and I really like the look of the actress playing her. I haven't seen her in anything but I believe Marvel/Netflix know what they're doing.

I'm kinda happy about this casting despite the apparent racebending. Not sure what they'll do to cover the already-established Greek background of the character (which you can't really ignore since it's the basis of her name), but this show kinda has my trust in its writing team after season 1 worked out so well.
Plus, she looks good in red.
