Here's some more Elektra info. Loeb stated in an interview:

"I think one of the things that’s dynamic about Elodie’s performance is that you never quite know if Elektra’s telling you the truth. Matt, who has this sort of ability to be a human lie detector, because he’s emotionally attached to her, it skews his ability to be able to know whether or not she’s telling the truth or he’s being manipulated, or is she actually not manipulating him? That kind of interaction, and I think the natural emotion that was going on between Charlie and Elodie that we captured on film, added a great deal of spark to it. Particularly, given that Karen Page is an equally strong and independent woman who has her own story that’s going on throughout the series. I'm liking these quotes a lot better! I'm getting more and more excited to see Elodie Yung as Elektra by the day. What she said about Elektra was really insightful, and that makes me happy.

Right? It's all gelling with me rather well. Everything exudes Elektra from the comics. I know some fans have been iffy about her portrayal being more similar to Man Without Fear vs her origin but I think in the end it'll all go well together. Bring on more stills of her, please!

Me too, and it's especially great to hear these things from the actress. It really seems like she's got a handle on the character, and she's taking the role seriously.

It's not bad so far and hope she get's to appear in a few issues as I'm not sure where else she will turn up. Especially as Thunderbolts appear to be going for a classic line up in ANAD.
