Thoughts on the old Nightwing series (1996-2011)

One of my favorite books ever, one of the best runs as a whole. I was so excited when Dick finally recieved his own ongoing. It is 100% better than what we have now.

Yeah, it read like somebody actually cared about it and gave it some THOUGHT. What a strange, antiquated concept.

It was wonderful. The Batbooks were all wonderful in the 90's. Far better than what we're getting now. Viva la 90's bat revolution.

I never cared for the McDaniel art so Land's arrival was a blessing to me, as weird as that may sound seeing how bad Land is today. Dixon's run overall is really fun and he did a lot of work establishing a supporting cast for Dick and really setting up Bludhaven as it's own world like Gotham.

And Dick was the star of his own book. What a concept.
