wanna know something really bad?...notice how nobody has taken the time to interview the creative team since it was announced....all the hype and attention is centered around spider-gwen but nobody gives a crap about silk anymore because she was a poorly thrown together idea that marvel is hoping they can at least make some money off of before she gets thrown into the vault of forgotten characters
Sad thing. But maybe there will be hope for Silk...somehow. THere's still that supernatural thing she cou-oh wait, Kaine was doing that.
...Imma be quiet now.
just what was the point of silk's character anyways? there are a couple of issues i haven't read...maybe i need to go back and see for myself where the problem resides
I dont see the Problem here, i like her. But still, i wont read any more Spider related books. Just too much weight...ASM and Spidey 2099 is enough.
the problem is...what's the difference between writing a new character from scratch and writing a character that just so happens to have been isolated from the world for 10 years.....just how clueless is she going to be about the marvel universe anyways and is that really gonna be a major hook to reel in readers?
The artist seems too good to be wasted on this title. If it gets cancelled, I hope Marvel hires her for some other ongoing.
Dunno much about the writer.
I'll be giving this a try. I'm the opposite of most in this thread, I find her more appealing than Spider-Gwen.
We need better comics
I'm not buying any book, but I will be reading it next summer when it hits Marvel Unlimited.
seriously....what is appealing about this character?
