I like to mow down my stories so, depending on the overall quality, I'd say 15 to 25 mn.

I miss the days of letter columns in every book.

Except for titles with them or other text pieces, most modern books take about 5-10 minutes.

I completed 4 issues in one hour last night, so, that is 15 minutes per book.

    Approx. 15 min.

Silver-Bronze age books w/ a lot of text take 20+min.

Modern books closer to 10-12 min. Longer if I have to refer to back issues for detailed content that may have been briefly referenced or mentioned or I may have missed.

I find it laughable when people say they have "advanced reading comprehension to read in 5 minutes what normal people takes 10-15 min." You are speed reading/skimming if that's the case. That's fine for trash pop literature but those of us who like to immerse themselves in the graphic novel format prefer to take our time reading quality books for enjoyment. You cannot truly enjoy 22+ pages of art & text in 5 minutes, imo. That's like running thru a museum and saying you've visited and seen all the exhibits.

If you can truly enjoy a book in 5 minutes more power to you I guess but don't try to make it like you are more advanced than the majority of readers here. That's pretentious.

Some people really do have greater processing speed like that, without it detracting from the enjoyment of the comic book or book they're reading. No sense in dwelling on a floppy for half an hour if 7 minutes is enough for you to take in the story, appreciate the art, get the emotional satisfaction out of it, and retain pretty much all of it. That's not pretentiousness, that's skill. A cheetah must still be a cheetah in a world full of sloths.

Since i get my books in bulk once a month i usually skim through most in about 5 minutes. Then, I re-read each and everyone of them carefully and actually enjoy them. I'd say 10-12 minutes for modern comics if i take my time and appreciate every panel, create a voice for each character, etc...

New Comics 5-10 minutes and pre-80's comics about 15-30 minutes. I re-read an early Spider-man comic( 5?) and it had much more dialogue and detail to the art that it took me about half an hour.

It varies, but if I enjoy the art, then 20+ minutes.

I found myself whipping through issues, especially if I already had more lined up. I wasn't appreciating much of the nuance even if I got a general sense of it. Now, I usually read and re-read and then write up the review, all of which typically takes over an hour. I like it better.
I just returned to reading American comics last year and i found out that I read them too fast. I have read so many comics that i need a excel spread sheet, about 100 plus printed pages, to keep it all straight. I might have a 2nd read but i wanted to get caught up a 10 plus year hiatus, since i stop reading American comics. I have been reading marvel,dc,image, valiant ,and some others. My manga reading has been placed on the back burner due to my return to American comics.

Gold and silver age comics are so much more hefty in content in page count and count per page than current comics. I respect the older comics' creators work rate and the sheer amount of content, and most modern comics are more stylistic and brief.
