Definitely not the best time for Remy, but it was the Milligan stuff post M-Day. I dont even remember why. Maybe it was him being such an underdog around that time, but its when I really became interested in him, which unfortunately was the start of him becoming less prominent

Because it would need too much set up. Rogue is a main character that would need to be shared and/or used in other movies. If Rogue already existed in the timeline, was already introduced, then theyd only have to introduced and develope Gambit. If they chose to go with Rogue, theyd have to depend on the audience not wanting to see her backstory, or just cram it in along with Gambit's. Thats asking a lot.... But that's assuming this gets off of the ground before Disney takes over. Which is unlikely. The only person in all of Hollywood thats talking about this is Kinberg.
