Does anyone know which of these prices was supposed to be right?

Tried to do search for information on the Bandit Hand and even the Disgaea series was not very helpful. No idea how to price something like that but I doubt it's worth an 8. Maybe the 4 is the correct one.

Increases your chance of stealing items from enemies, but still isn't 100%. I guess it gives you increased deft of hand and misdirection for theft actions? Either way, I don't think it's an 8.

It capped at 50% if you used an RPG character other than the 9999 Thief, or 100% chance if you used her.

EDIT: You could steal pretty much anything with it though. Including intangibles.

Oh I left off that Bandit hands could work at long-range.

Stealing Hands x5 (Disgaea series) 5

Stealing hands are basically the crappy version of Bandit hands (must be right next to the character you want to steal from and lower base percentage, though by Level 9999 everyone was still pretty much hitting the cap).

I'm okay with Bandit Hand being a 5 and the other one being a 4. Though for now, let's ditch the 8 and leave Bandit hand at 4. We can figure the rest out
