I think that was from a different program block.
Future Quest seems to be drawing primarily from Johnny Quest paired with the original Hanna–Barbera's World of Super Adventure program block, mostlly designed by Alex Toth.
As far as "Adventure Heroes", Missing are:
Arabian Knights
Tom,Tub & Moby Dick
Dino Boy
Shazzan
Tom,Tub & Moby Dick and Dino Boy are probably the weakest concepts, so I don't mind them missing.
Arabian Knights and Shazzan without some reworking are wrought with potential caricature stereotypes, so I can see why they were avoided.
Others are Young Samson (which could pretty much be their contemporary He-Man)
Three Musketeers (Just to generic public domain property)
The Space Kidettes (probably too cutesy)
And when it became Hanna-Barbera Space Stars
they added Teen Force! A spin off for Jan and Jace of Space Ghost.
Others people are listing, either belong in the The Scooby Doobies character types category or Yogi Yahooeys.
They need to draw a line somewhere. LOL!

Shazam would be an easy 5D imp who decided to play in that venue.
Personally I am very excited and happy with the possibility of seeing new stories with superheroes Hanna-Barbera hope this initiative will be successful and that these heroes have come to stay.
Johnny Quest.
What are the chances that DC could actually incorporate Hanna Barbera characters as another parallel universe in its Multiverse?
Buried Alien (The Fastest Post Alive!)
Buried Alien - THE FASTEST POST ALIVE!
First CBR Appearance (Historical): November, 1996
First CBR Appearance (Modern): April, 2014
I think Lee's long term (if this is sustainable) plans are to be able to do that.
Although I'd rather the DCU by way of Hanna-Barbera's SUPER FRIENDS be the version of DC characters to cross over and appear with the Hanna-Barbera Future Quest Universe.
Particularly the Hanna-Barbera created Super Friends: Apache, Vulcan, Dorado, Samurai & Exor Twins as the bridge between both worlds.

Woh, this is a bit to extreme reinvention for me, I think they lost the meaning of Wacky.
Like they are trying way to hard.
Maybe they should have acquired the Death Race 2000 licence?
Still it could by funny. LOL
If nothing else trying to place everyone.

Dick Dastardly -seems way to pretty, especially with Peter Perfect around.
Penelope Pitstop - with a machine gun OK.
The Slag Brothers - Cromagnon-Zombies? LOL!
The Gruesome Twosome - are more Nosferatu & Lord Humungus/Frankenstein(from Death Race)
Sergeant Blast and Private Meekly - one of them became a woman.
The Ant Hill Mob - can't tell if all seven are there?
The Red Max looks pretty creepy
Lazy Luke and Blubber Bear - seem about right. Is that a human in a bear-head/suit though?
Professor Pat Pending - I guess that's him up top?
Rufus Ruffcut & Sawtooth - this one is the most bizarre, I'm nut sure it's even them? I guess sawtooth became human, with a metal mouth. And I don't know what's going on with Ruffcut, not getting a lumberjack vibe, more a Leonardo da Vinci, the reference escapes me?
Definitely feeling the Death Race 2000 / Mad Max influence:
It could be fun, although I don't know if it's more than a one note reinvention gag.

The Scooby-Re-Doo now actually looks tame by comparison.
