i do hope dc decides to pursue directions other than these forces, but somehow it feels as long as the source wall is broken this is what we have.

Maybe it’s due to how Geoff Johns made the emotional spectrum of Green Lantern interesting with their unique characters. We just need something that unique for these Forces.

Plus the different forces feel unique and different.

That's a good point. Even when he was first introduced, Barry seemed to just adapt to his powers and get started with the hero thing.

I'm interested in seeing how it's portrayed.

Barry forgot to drag the Kryptonite chain away, though. Even if Superman isn't tied up in it, it will still affect him until somebody carries it at least twenty or thirty feet away.
