Can’t believe no one is talking about the latest issue!! After Flash War this issue was a breath of fresh air. The art in this issue is the best it has been.

I agree the belt is a much needed touch, but I have the same problem with the lack of chinstrap, as shown in Captain America, as live action if the cowl doesn't work, it looks off. I think the costume works with the chinstrap than without. Originally Posted by Frontier

I actually like the chinstrap on the Flash. Without the chin portion it looks a little odd. Like he’s just wearing a big bike helmet.
