Oooo!My back-ordered copy of Mark Waid's JLA: Year One: The Deluxe Edition finally arrived! All pristine in a loose wrap of plastic. I hate that. Makes me feel guilty for opening it. Like taking a collectible out of its box.
Cover has a bunch of DCU characters on it....Hal and Barry and the correctly-colored Aquaman. Supes and your typical frowny Batman. Heh.
I'm gonna savor this.

Yeppers. I also loved his Brave and the Bold with more Hal and Barry. Also probably the only Young Wally story that I actually adore.
Book is glue bound.
Not as many extras as hoped.
Can't find a spread page to check for gutter loss if any.
Colors are gorgeous though. Much better than my old copy.
