Netflix canceled the series

The de-Marvelification begins.
First Defenders. Than Ironfist. Now Cage.
Don't be surprised when Jessica Jones and Daredevil are cancelled.
The J-man
Unlike Fist, Cage is ending because creative differences.
Heroes for Hire could be happening but Hulu is likely.
Punisher S2 and JJ S3 are already locked but it seems Netflix is already ending the Marvel partnership.
Also, has anyone read Luke Cage's Everyman finale? I liked it.
spoilers:end of spoilers
Turns out Cage was given CTE by the Doctor from the beginning via her powers and took it out at the end.

I saw the split with Claire as inevitable, just as her split with Matt was in Daredevil. Claire isn't a supporting cast member in any one show... she sort of floated around. Which means she sort of comes and goes. That said, she hasn't had much of a presence in the Net Flicks landscape post Defenders so I wonder if she's done.
Anyways, right now we're done to Daredevil, Jessica Jones, and PUnisher (and Defenders I guess if they want to try that again). Hopefully we can see Luke and Danny show up elsewhere. The characters all know each other after Defenders, so it's not hard to justify it.
So the show only ended because Netflix couldn't agree with the changes Marvel wanted to do? Geez.
Only days after they were talking about how they were happy about the Marvel shows on Netflix. Something's definitely up. Netflix will never admit it, but I do think their break-up with Disney may be affecting those shows.
Yeah, that is just fishy. Creative differences happen all the time. It's hardly any reason to cancel a show that was popular, successful and renewed for a season 3 already. If things were so extreme that they saw no option other than to cancel the show, then things between Netflix and Marvel are not looking good at all, no matter how much the Netflix people try to tell us everything's ok and nothing will change.
Anyway, let's hope Hulu comes to the rescue, either with a new season for both Danny and Luke or a HFH show.

Damn, I guess the Netflix shows truly are connected to the films, because thanos wiped out half of the defenders!
T'Challa
A.K.A. The Black Panther
King of Wakanda
King of the Dead and The Champion of Bast
Two-Time Time Magazine "Person Of The Year"
Six-Time People Magazine "Sexiest Man Alive"
Creative differences is an even crappier reason to end it. I was a little unclear on who had issues, Netflix, Marvel? I'd love to get my hands on those scripts.
Matt Murdock's cooler twin brother
I'd give the Devil benefit of law, for my own safety's sake!
Thomas More - A Man for All Seasons
Interested in reading Daredevil? Not sure what to read next? Why not check out the Daredevil Book Club for some ideas?
oh well. Sucks but I guess the character franchise isn't totally dead. Maybe.
Have him show up at the end of Black Panther 2 if you want people to go nuts. "We need to talk, brother"...
