Still waiting to watch the final two shows /kids, keeping me busy this weekend/. I really enjoy this show, as I have said before. Really saddened that Luke cannot support an on-going based off the show.

New Digital comic out today. It was pretty good.
CTE is an interesting spin on Luke, I wanna see where this goes
Reading List (Super behind but reading them nonetheless):
DC: Currently figuring that out
Marvel: Read above
Image: Killadelphia, Nightmare Blog
Other: The Antagonist, Something is Killing the Children, Avatar: TLAB
Manga: My Hero Academia, MHA: Vigilanties, Soul Eater: the Perfect Edition, Berserk, Hunter X Hunter, Witch Hat Atelier, Kaiju No. 8
That being said, it's being explored very effectively, drawing on Luke's history and powers pretty well.
The only thing that confuses me is Omega Red, but I assume that'll be explained.

IT is something to consider given the punishment hero take. Many time the fact that Cage's insides are not indestructible has been pointed out so it is an interesting take. It would have more weight if Hank McCoy or an established Doctor made the call.
umm so that ending of Jessica Jones...

The CTE thing is kind of interesting but Cage does have a healing factor which could possibly protect him from CTE if I was to be picky. His powers came from a cellular regeneration experiment and he regenerates damaged tissue, healing himself.
Cage doesn't have Wolverine or Hulk level healing abilities but he does have super human recovery from non-fatal injuries.
Yeah, it's being discussed in the Jessica Jones thread.
When Luke Cage called Jessica in his book, he mentioned she was on a case. Was he referencing the case in Kelly Thompson's book?

so how many issues is his latest mini series?
shouldn't Marvel be more aggressive with promoting new TPBs based on past Cage material?
It's not technically a mini. It's a digital first series that will only be released physically in trade. It's three double sized issues followed by a hiatus.

I would like to see Bushmaster return to the comic books since Season 2 of Cage was a hit! I think they should incorporate the mystical bent in the comics like he had in the TV show and a few minor upgrades with his power.
