This would have been my go-to moment for Shako, the Only Bear on the CIA's Death List (gotta love Pat Mills), but sadly, his brutal exploits never really centered on winter sports. Then, I thought, "Jon Sable is a biathlete", but unfortunately, not on his covers. So, that left me the option to look north of the border for notorious hoser Jeff Lemire's love of hockey:

I hate to be the one to break it to you, but Jon Sable was a modern pentathlete, not a biathlete. So running, swimming, fencing, shooting and horse riding, but no skiing. Snow Job from G.I. Joe is a biathlete.

I guess that explains why there was no skiing cover.
