Kathryn Hays, who played Kim Sullivan Hughes on As The World Turns, has died. She joined the show in 1972 and remained there for 38 years until it was canceled in 2010. Kim and her tv husband Bob Hughes were the heart of the show for many years.

Hays also appeared in an episode of the original Star Trek as Gem from The Empath.
