Default noble savage no more - rip pierre brice

years before message boards would argue endlessly about whitewashing, a french man never felt always comfortable with becoming famous as an mescalero-apatsche.
a role that made him famous in europe, based on the writings of german author karl may, which, essentially, taught tolerance and understanding in a time when white supremacy was much more dominate than today, when james cameron reinvented the concept with avatar.

my childhood hero joined his good friend lex barker into the eternal hunting grounds. farewell pierre

First Christopher Lee, now Dusty Rhodes. Truly a lousy day.

    Default James Horner... RIP

Just read about his plane crashing and apparently he was piloting it, like so many before him. We really need to fix this musician plane thing because we've lost far too many.

Such a waste, he was one of the great movie composers. And not for titanic.

I wish the last was rerecorded as it comes off as too low, the mid section is wonky but the into and the part that follows the center section has some of the best themes/riffs of all time as far as fantasy/adventure themes goes.

Right now it sounds like they don't know if he was flying the plane.

This is very bad news. I love his soundrtracks and listen to them often while reading. He and Jerry Goldsmith are my favourite modern day classical composers. Braveheart and Willow are especially good.

His score for The Wrath of Khan is truly wondrous.

Somebody beg Harrison Ford to fly commercial?

There’s a palace in your head, boy.
