You can't make a mistake with buying GOTHAM CENTRAL. Sometimes its Brubaker, sometimes Rucka, sometimes its Brubaker & Rucka. Really thankful for those two writers and hope for more Comics from them in the years to come.
Definitely interested in this.
I would add 'Batman Earth One' to the list. By the looks of it, the mystery behind who killed the Wayne's, as well as Alfred's role in 'educating' Bruce for his future role as a crime-fighter, are going to be significant elements of 'Gotham', and this OGN has some interesting interpretations of those elements.
Actually a couple on the list I havent read. Just finished the first Brubaker Catwoman trade, so I havent made it to "Relentless". And surprisingly never heard of "Bullet for Bullock". Making a mental note.
Gotham Central sounds really good, I'm really going to have to check that out.

Gotham Central was exceeds expectations. I hope the show follows this concept and characters and less on young Bruce Wayne.
Gotham Central is a top 10 story from the Batman Universe, easily. Everyone should read it!
"The more 'realistic' superheroes become the less believable they are." - David Mazzucchelli
Selina's Big Score and Gordon of Gotham have eluded this CBR writer! But otherwise a very decent list...
I'm very excited for Gotham, and so I'm gonna check out Gotham Central in anticipation.
Reading these and then NOT watching the new show is an even better idea.
Let's not forget Gordon's Law and Bullock's Law either.
But are you the only metal that's liquid at room temperature?
I have read 3 out of 5 of those.
