How do I create the signature that goes under all my posts?

Certain features (such as access to signatures) only become available when users have 5 posts.

Signatures may consist of text but not images. Please make your signatures relatively small and unobtrusive. The Community Rules extend to signatures; insulting or offensive material will result in ban from CBR. Inappropriate or unsuitable signatures may be modified or deleted without notice. Posting images at the end of your posts to circumvent not being able to add one to your signature may result in a ban from the site.

I have a question about what would constitute spam in a signature. I am a minor mod on a stoner themed site and its comic book board gets very small traffic, would I get in trouble for advertising if my signature said "For 4:20 friendly comic discussion, visit www.xxxxxx.org/616"? I'm not some jerk who will then spam threads just to get the link in my signature everywhere. I just see lots of posters linking to their blogs in their signatures, and was wondering what the rules are with that. Thanks.
