I like the idea of him eventually leading the All New X-Men, it just makes sense. Or at least, guiding them back to the past with a message for his past self.

The O5 tried to go back to the past but they can't. Future Beast spent his life trying to figure why they couldn't so why Xavier would be able to? Anyway, it's not that sure that the O5 would accept to have the Red/White Skull as teacher or leader.

Well Magneto did already destroy the part of Xavier's brain Red Skull had installed when he crushed his head with a cinder block thus taking away any chance of them recovering it so I think he'd be fine
