    Default All-New X-Men Annual *Spoilers*

    Not a bad story.

I especially liked in how in just one panel it destroyed the sliding timeline and established that the original X-Men are in their sixties.

    Anything else to add, Vitruvian?

Yeah, Idie already destroyed the sliding timeline. Eva can go to hell.

I will admit that I have a soft spot for stories that contradict and make a mockery of the sliding time scale.

This was mostly pointless. If the last story had just ended with her returning to the present it wouldn't have missed anything but a BS explanation for why she can't return to her still nameless family.

Girl was pretty inept with her powers for someone who had been sort of studying for 7 years.

I wonder if the Butterfly Effect here will make an appearance in her attempt to resolve the events of the latest Uncanny?

I disliked how Iron Man replaced Magik as Sorcerer Supreme but meh. Eva having a kid was weird and Nightcrawler even being alive in 2099 didnt make a ton of sense to me anyways. Agreed about the exact years really messing a lot of stuff up in the MU but consistency isnt a big deal these days anyhow.
Forget the old ways - Krakoa is god.

I wonder why the Butterfly effect didn't prevent Eva herself or all the other X-Men from being born, either? After all, from the past time where she was hanging out with Morgana, it's all the future.

    Ha, I'd missed that.

So, everybody's cool with Scott and the rest being in their mid to late sixties right now? You think they ever take advantage of the early bird specials at chain restaurants?

I already knew Scott was old. He was drawn in his LATE 40s during the X-Factor era. Emma is in her late 80s.

So, shall we tell the Spider-board? Peter is about the same age as Scott, after all.

In my reading of X-Factor, I felt that they were all in their mid-30s.

Well, if it did that there wouldn't be a story (insert snarky comment here about there not having been one in the first place - you know you want to).

Something tells me that Secret Wars may just erase and/or Kill Eva because of all this timeline jumping nonsense.
