I will mention the ones that I remember:
John (Hyperman) and his brothers in "Kingdom Come".
Lara and John (yep there is not much imagination) "Dark Knight".
Bruce in "superman distant fires".
Zod "justice league beyond" yes, it's their son but it's more a Wonderbat story and nothing SMWW so ... (Bruce Timm you know). Well, are Lord SM and Lady WW if they are a couple must be wicked, right? they were also going to have a son but Lady WW died.
The baby of that story where the heroes lose their powers, SM divorces Lois and ends with Diana, I don't know what the story is called or the child but I guess he will be Jonathan/John.
And lastly Hunter prince "Rebirth" yep I know that in the end he will not be the son of SM but I am sure that only because in Rebirth anything other than Clois is Taboo, for me it is the son that unfortunately we never got to see from SM / WW new 52
Maybe Injustice is not the best as far as SMWW is concerned but maybe in the future we will see a son of these 2 as the possible son of Lord SM and Lady WW (although these 2 in spite of being evil, they really loved each other)
