Eh, not really. He's still a relative statue to the likes of Clark and Kara, much less Wally. And Surfer is in Wally's speed tier but can likely just undo Sonic's transformation with a thought, or teleport him into the middle of a black hole, or just flat out ignore it and kill him anyway.

Perhaps. I mean Surfer can manipulate the PC and such. Maybe whatever energy powers the emeralds isn't so easily manipulated. The point I was making is that invincible is invincible and game mechanics aside, nothing has stopped Super Sonic.

Though I wasn't thinking about BFR for some reason. So yeah...non factor.

Super Sonic is invincible against things that Surfer and Thor could sleep through without any risk of danger to themselves (not counting games where he can be crushed or fall down bottomless pits), so that's not really a high standard. I'd put Superman/Supergirl on that list as well, except there were magical enemies like Erazor Djinn. Green Lantern would also be able to ignore Sonic's enemies as well, depending on whether the GL in question has auto-shields. Doctor Strange from a decently powerful era as well.

Also, considering that Eggman was able to just flat out shut down the Super Sonic transformation and remove the gems from him with a machine at the start of Sonic Unleashed, Norrin and the GLs would most likely be able to do the same with a thought considering the vast amounts and varieties of energies they've encountered and manipulated, as well as their powerful scanning abilities.

Bayonetta is totally the biggest threat on the video game side and there a few people on the comic book side that match or surpass her abilities. Silver Surfer and/or Wally are all you really need to have this fight in the bag.

There are too many characters that are too varied, many of which are also irrelevant really, to give that much further of an analysis.
